It is forbidden in Sweden to build houses near the beaches as common people then won’t have access to the beach, but no, in Sweden all people are forbidden to build their houses on the beaches to protect the the marine life, but once again the Crown Princesse has gotten special permit to build a luxury beach house on the forbidden beach!
